Here again after a long break!! Feeling a deep urge inside to write down again; it’s appealing not because you read; rather, I felt it’s pleasant to read some strong memories of the past in some other time.

Anyways, now coming straight to the point, an incident happened all of a sudden with me, don’t know why it was so much emotional, so much touching that made me cry for about quarter of an hour.

This happened while I was driving to my workplace (RTMI), it was bright and sunny morning, road congestion was as usual, and radio was tuned in to Radio Amar 101.6 FM. The RJ gave an introduction and his personal view regarding old home and then played a song called ‘Briddasrom’ by Nochiketa.

I really enjoyed the song; it made me thinking about my father, his life long support towards me and with the strong emotion I eventually cried like a baby. I decided to remain calm and show respect to my father in the coming days whatever happens.

Although, I do not really oppose the idea about old-home; rather, I always accept it as a good place for elderly persons where they socialise and get almost all their needs & wants under one roof. Yet, the words Nochiketa sung touched my heart; the dilemma in the song is quite lucid and can raise a prolific argument.
